DESIGN PROOF CHANGE REQUESTS FOR BESPOKE PRINTS
Depending on the complexity, please note that any requests to alter your design proof may take a further 5 working days.
CHANGES MADE FREE OF CHARGE
Much time is spent carefully arranging your words to create a well-proportioned design. Changes to the layout affect word spacing and therefore a new design will be required. However, we understand that after you have placed your order you might realise that you have missed out a word or two. Or even that we've placed them wrongly. We are happy to make up to three layout changes to your design free of charge.
CHARGE PER CHANGE REQUEST
The following change requests are likely to incur a charge as these would constitute a full re-design:
If you'd like to add, move or delete more than three words within the finished design we are happy to do so at an additional cost of £20 / S$50.
If you'd like to reproduce your design in a different colour palette, we are very happy to do so at an additional cost of £20 / S$50.
If you'd like to move colours in your existing design within the existing palette, this will affect the layout and overall design of the print and will incur an additional cost of £20 / S$50.
Please note that once you have signed-off your design proof via email we will not be able to make any further changes.
COLOUR VARIATIONS
Please note we will try our best to ensure the closest printed colour match possible, however tones and hues may vary very slightly from those viewed on your computer and we cannot accept liability for this.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please note we will not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to damaged goods logged upon receipt.
When you return a damaged product to us we will issue a replacement as soon as possible.
Products are made to order, therefore Prints in Prose cannot offer refunds.

All website design, text and designs of prints and products are under strict copyright © Prints in Prose. You may not modify, amend, replicate or distribute any item in any way.
You are not permitted to copy (whether by printing off onto paper, storing on disk or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), alter or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in this website.
Only one print is created per design, per client. Prints in Prose reserve the right to retain ownership, copyright and distribution rights of all artwork and designs, and reserve the right to use said designs to our own ends. We will not distribute or use any bespoke artwork without prior agreement of the commissioning client.
