Here are the answers to a few frequently asked questions . . .



Q: How long will it take to make my bespoke print?

A: How long is a piece of string?! Seriously though . . . all the prints are created one at a time, in the order that the queries are received.  That's why I say that standard designs take at least ten days to complete.  I can often turn them around faster but I hate breaking promises.  If your design is very complicated it may well take longer.  Please bear with me, I hope you will think it is worth it!.

Q: Can I choose my own colours?

A: Choosing a palette of colours is a serious talent and a lot harder than you might think.  Have a look at the very carefully selected swatches and choose the one you like.  If you have something very specific in mind I am happy to discuss that with you.

Q: Can you send the designs overseas?

A: Of course!  These make perfect gifts, and, as they're so light are easy to send.  Canvases need to be wrapped very carefully to avoid damage, but other than that they're the perfect gift to send to someone you love!

Q: What if I don't like the design?

A: This is in fact not a question I have ever been asked, but I thought I had better address the issue anyway.  I hope never to create a design for a client that doesn't exceed their expectations; however, I know that it is a possibility.  As each work of art is completely unique, and I never know exactly how it is going to turn out until I start working on it, I can't really show you your design until it is completed. There are always opportunites to make changes at the proof stage, and I won't let anything go to print until you're completely satisfied!
